Simulate Meeting New

Rehearse the meeting before it counts.

Pick who will be in the room and what you want out of the meeting. The AI plays those people — their titles, roles and history come from your CRM — and pushes back the way they would. When you end the meeting, you get an after-action report that tells you what to fix.

A simulated meeting: the rep speaks, and the CFO and VP of Sales answer in character

The after-action report: a score of 74, the outcome, what went well, what went badly and better responses

What it does

You practise against the real customer, not a made-up persona. The people come from the opportunity’s key contacts or anyone you pick from your contacts, with what your CRM knows about each of them. The AI never invents a budget, a date or a competitor the record doesn’t have.

Each person’s position — skeptical, interested, supportive — is tracked through the meeting, so the report can show who you moved and who you lost, and why.

The report covers what went well, what went badly, missed opportunities, better responses with an example of what to say, the questions you never asked, each objective scored, the effect on your MEDDPICC, and your top three fixes. Download it as a PDF.

Talk instead of typing in the browser, and hear the replies read aloud — one voice per person.

A rehearsal: the stakeholders are played by the AI from your CRM record, not by the people named. Every report says so.

How it works

  1. Open itFrom an opportunity, or Content › Simulate Meeting.
  2. Set the roomChoose the people and type what you want from the meeting.
  3. Run itOpen the meeting; they answer in character. End it when you’re done.
  4. Read the reportThen Simulate again, aimed at the weakness it found.

Why sales people love it

  • The hard question from the CFO comes up in practice, not in front of the CFO.
  • New reps get reps — as many meetings as they like, with no customer at risk.
  • Coaching that names the exact line to change, not general advice.
  • Managers see who has rehearsed the big meetings before they happen.
