You don’t have to rip out Salesforce, HubSpot or anything else to use Ergentor.ai. Management keeps its reporting and its data exactly where they are. Your reps get a workspace built for how they actually sell — quotes, deal qualification, POC plans and an AI that knows every account they work.
A CRM is excellent at what it was designed for: keeping records, rolling up the pipeline and giving leadership one set of numbers. It was not designed around the work a rep does between those updates — so that work ends up somewhere else.
Your CRM stays the system of record. Ergentor.ai is where the selling work gets done. Your data comes in from the CRM. HubSpot deals can be updated back from Ergentor.ai today; sending updates back to Salesforce is coming soon.
How the data moves today: by file, when you choose — there is no live connection to sign in to, and Ergentor.ai never asks for your CRM password. Re-import a fresh export whenever you like: records already in Ergentor.ai are matched, not duplicated. Going the other way, for HubSpot an update file brings those same deals up to date, imported on HubSpot’s own import screen. Salesforce integration is coming soon; until then, keep stages current in Salesforce itself. Teams that want to automate can send events out through webhooks (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, n8n) carrying each record’s Salesforce or HubSpot id, and approved accounts can use the Customer API. More on how information moves.
Everything a rep reaches for between CRM updates, in one place.
Price direct, reseller and distributor deals from your own catalog, with discounts, margins and approvals built in. Share a link and the customer can accept online — no spreadsheet math.
Ask about any account, contact or deal in plain words and get an answer from your own notes, with the sources linked. Prep for a call in minutes instead of an evening.
Pick a competitor and the AI researches the live web — product pages, reviews, pricing, news — and writes a battle-ready brief with the plays to run.
Qualify every opportunity against the full framework, see the gaps at a glance, and let the AI review your notes for what is missing before the deal slips.
Plan proofs of concept with success criteria, owners, a timeline and scoring, then turn the result into a readout deck the customer’s buying committee can sign off on.
Message colleagues in your company workspace one to one or in groups, and drop in a link that opens the exact account or deal you’re talking about.
Here is how a rep might work a single opportunity with Salesforce and Ergentor.ai side by side.
The team imported its Salesforce export when it started, so the account, its contacts and the open opportunity are waiting — with the notes that came with them.
After the discovery call the rep fills in MEDDPICC. The AI reviews the call notes and points out that nobody has met the economic buyer yet — so that becomes the next step.
The customer mentions a competitor. A competitive brief is ready before the next meeting, with the questions to ask and the strengths to lead with.
The rep builds a quote from the catalog with a reseller partner. A discount over the limit goes to the manager for approval, and the customer gets a link to review it.
The customer wants to test first. The rep builds a POC plan with agreed success criteria and dates, and the readout deck at the end makes the case to the buying committee.
The forecast in Salesforce stays right: the rep updates the stage there. (On HubSpot, Ergentor’s update file does it, with a short summary of the qualification, the quote and the POC. Salesforce integration is coming soon.)
Your CRM stays the source of truth for the numbers. Ergentor.ai shows you the work behind them.
See your whole reporting line’s pipeline at any depth — rep, director, VP — including the qualification, quotes and POC plans behind each deal, without asking reps to retype any of it into the CRM.
Define a territory hierarchy and grant territories to people, so each rep sees the accounts that are theirs to work — in a company workspace you control.
Official stages, amounts and forecasts stay where your reports already read them. Nothing about your CRM setup, reports or dashboards has to change.
When reps qualify with MEDDPICC and plan POCs properly, the stage they put in the CRM means more — and you can see why a deal is where it is.
Start small, prove it with one team, and grow from there.
Pick a team or a region and give them Ergentor.ai for a quarter. Everyone else keeps working exactly as they do today.
Import accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes and products straight from a Salesforce or HubSpot export. See exactly what will be added before anything changes, and undo it if you need to. How the import works.
The import reads export files. It never signs in to your CRM and never changes anything there.

No. Keep your CRM as the system of record for reporting and forecasting. Ergentor.ai is the workspace your reps use to work their deals. If you later decide to move everything over, the same import brings your whole book across.
Your CRM’s data stays in your CRM. What your reps import into or create in Ergentor.ai is stored in Ergentor.ai’s managed cloud database, hosted on Supabase, and every account is isolated from every other.

Into Ergentor.ai: import your Salesforce or HubSpot export files — accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes and products. You see a preview first, nothing already in Ergentor.ai is overwritten, importing the same records again adds nothing twice, and you can undo an import.
Back to HubSpot: for deals that came from HubSpot, download an update file. It updates those same deals with their stage, amount and close date, plus a short summary of the work done in Ergentor.ai — MEDDPICC, the latest quote, accepted orders, POCs — and can hold only what changed since the last one. You import it on HubSpot’s own import screen, which matches each deal by its HubSpot record ID. Choose HubSpot under User Settings → Integrations → Your other CRM and an Export to HubSpot button appears on each opportunity and on the Opportunities list, so a rep can send one deal or several.
Back to Salesforce: coming soon. Salesforce’s own import tools need an administrator to update opportunities, so we are building a direct Salesforce integration instead. Until then, keep stages current in Salesforce itself.
Leaving Ergentor.ai: your data is never locked in — an administrator can export everything as files laid out for Salesforce’s and HubSpot’s import tools.
Automation: outbound webhooks can post events — a deal created, moving stage, won or lost, a task completed — to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Make, n8n or your own service, with the record’s Salesforce or HubSpot id so a Zapier or Make step can update the same record. For accounts Ergentor approves, the Customer API lets your own systems read and write accounts, contacts, opportunities and tasks.
There is no built-in live sync with Salesforce or HubSpot today. If that matters to you, tell us.
No. The CRM keeps the handful of fields leadership reports on — stage, amount, close date. The detailed work — qualification, quotes, POC plans, research — lives in Ergentor.ai and never needs to be retyped into the CRM.
Ergentor Core is free, with unlimited users and no credit card. AI plans are priced per user per month, so you only pay for the reps who use the AI. See pricing.
Creating an account takes a few minutes. Importing a CRM export is a few more: choose the files, check the preview, import. A rep can be working their own deals in Ergentor.ai the same day.
